Welcome to Delta Car Details. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our car detailing, ceramic coating, and window tinting services across the Durham Region, York Region, and the Greater Toronto Area. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

We offer a range of services including, but not limited to, mobile and in-shop detailing, interior cleaning, exterior washing, waxing and polishing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and window tinting. Detailed descriptions of our services and current offerings are available on our website.

Customers must schedule appointments in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointed time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Prices for our services are listed on our website and may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to that appointment. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are required to disclose any pre-existing damage or special conditions related to their vehicle prior to service, and to remove valuables and personal items beforehand. Delta Car Details is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for personal property left in the vehicle.

Delta Car Details shall not be liable for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal property, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by our staff. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

If you are not satisfied with our service, please report the issue within 48 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify any legitimate service-related issue.

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection legislation.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
